The school as a civic infrastructure: not only a place for education, but an open device capable of activating relationships between school and city. The project organizes three functional volumes around a central courtyard, a shared core and community space that occupies the existing urban void. The masterplan is developed in four phases: construction of the secondary school and community hub, extension and upgrading of the kindergarten and the existing gym, construction of the primary school, and transformation of the existing area into an urban park. The urban park is conceived as a continuous plane that crosses the school complex and connects the station to Parco Gallo, turning the school into an urban node and a social landscape. The system integrates educational and collective functions, establishing a flexible and replicable model of community hub for urban regeneration.
